On November 27th, Life Support International, Inc. (LSI), a global specialist in safety, survival, and rescue equipment for aerospace and defense, announces the acquisition of Aerial Delivery Solutions (ADS), a highly experienced company specializing in parachute system design, manufacturing, testing, and engineering.
The acquisition will boost LSI’s manufacturing capability, and technical and R&D resources, while accelerating its development of innovative aerial delivery systems. The consolidation of the two companies is based on their complementary strengths in design, engineering, and technology, as well as their shared mission of providing solutions for survival.
ADS is an innovative and dedicated company with over 50 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of aerial delivery equipment. ADS’s ability to quickly manufacture, cut, and sew prototypes for short turnaround, high paced projects make it a market leader in this specialized field.
The combination of LSI and ADS marks a new milestone in the development of LSI’s manufacturing and design capabilities. Through this acquisition, LSI affirms its growth ambitions and positions itself as a leader in the design and development of aerial delivery systems for a variety of payloads and missions.
